Mobius Basic

The minimum package includes modules enabling to record without stimulation, replay and convert a raw data. For customers create original program for analysis by yourself or reduce the initial cost.

Mobius EP

  • Cumulative plots for the analysis during (and post)-acquisition.

Offline Analysis Tools

MED64 Burstscope

Targeting at spontaneous activity in dissociated neural culture. Perform spike train analysis that is loading data, pre-filtering, spike detection with amplitude based threshold, computing spike frequency, and burst detection by one click. Up to 8 files can be batch processed. Save a lot of time for analysis.

Features
  • Pre-filtering raw data before spike detection.
  • Detect and count spikes with amplitude based threshold, create spike amplitude and ISI histograms.
  • Detect and measure quantitative indexes of single channel bursts (number of bursts, burst duration, spikes in a burst, etc).
  • Detect and measure quantitative indexes of multi channel burst, in other word synchronized burst (number of bursts, burst duration, spikes in a burst, etc).
  • Display summarized result table of each index and batch export the details.

MED64 Peakmap

Up to 8 files can be batch processed by one click. Feel like on exported ECG record paper, inspect the entire sections of analyzed raw data by sliding the seek bar, modify positions of detected 2nd peaks manually, find EAD wave on the chart.
